AQI Online Library Account Request Form

To request an account please complete the below fields making sure to include valid professional contact information and instrument details in the comments section (such as customer number, serial number, model number and date of purchase).

Account access is granted based on following pre-determined criteria being met:
1) Confirmed status as a current Thermo Fisher Scientific AQI customer via a valid customer number, instrument serial number, order date and/or approval from a Thermo Fisher representative. (Please provide your specific customer/instrument information in the comments field below.)
2) Complete and valid professional contact information is provided including full name and email address.

Our account approval process is a manual process and does require internal approval from various Thermo Fisher representatives. In most cases, your account will be reviewed and accepted/denied within 2 business days of its receipt. Should your approval take longer than 2 business days you will be notified of the delay directly.
