Users can find exactly what they need quickly and easily. Each asset is shown as a thumbnail for quick identification, and is a member of one or multiple groups that are appropriate for your business. Visitors to the library use these groups to quickly zero-in on the item(s) they need. Keywords can be used alone or in conjunction with the category search facility. (page extension)
RevBase is designed so that users and visitors can either do general “browsing” of your entire resource center (foran overview of what’s available, or discover something useful they didn’t know about), or do a pinpoint search for a specific asset. The system automatically creates a list of recent additions so when users log in, they can see what's new. This dynamic display includes top-level descriptive information and the thumbnail preview. Users can see full documentation of the vital facts pertaining to every item in the library, plus add text descriptions, dates, number fields, and even other files to fully describe and document the materials.
