CRi provides free software updates (e.g. 2.6 to 2.8) for the lifetime of your product and software upgrades (e.g. 2.8 to 3.0) for a nominal price.
Enter your Account Name and Password to download the most recently released version of your software. Your Account Name is the 5-digit serial number of your product and your Password is the first 10 digits of your software activation code (characters are numbers 0 to 9 and letters A to F).
