Welcome Page
The "Welcome Page" is your starting point for accessing the materials in the library. From this page you can search the library and view featured items. If there are multiple zones available to you in your library, you also can select zones from this page.
Selecting a Zone
If there are multiple zones available to you in your library, you will see the names of the zones in the Available Zones box. Click on the name of any zone to access it.
Searching Materials
Search the library for materials based on your needs, using the following methods:
- Click on the "What's New" button to see materials recently added to the library. This will take you to the New Items View. Visit this page often to keep up to date.
- Enter any text (title, contact name, description, etc.) in the Keywords field, and then click on Gallery to select materials that match your text entry, and to display them with images and descriptive information on each item. Or click on Index to select materials that match your text entry, and to display a text only list of them. You can enter any text or numbers in the Keywords field to search the descriptive words (title, contact name, description, etc.) about the items in the library. (Note: the Keyword search feature doesn't search the text in the documents - it searches the descriptive words about the items that appear on the Gallery and Detail views).
- Click on the picture (also known as a thumbnail) of any item displayed on the Welcome Page. This will take you to the Detail View for that specific item. Library Content Managers typically post "Hot News" items on the Welcome Page so you can't miss them.
- Use the pull-down menus on the Welcome page to narrow your search by group. Select the Product in which you are interested and/or select the Type of materials you are looking for. Then, click on Gallery to see the materials with images and descriptive information on each item, or click on Index for a text only list. You can search through the accumulated archive for all of our products, and for all types of marketing/sales materials.
Note: if you are searching by keywords, you can narrow your search to a specific Product or Type by using the menus and the keywords together. For example, to quickly find presentations by Bill Jones, you would select Type= Presentations, and Keyword = Jones.
