How do visitors access my library?

Your library has a Web address (URL) where your visitors login to the system with a username and password. They will be greeted by your library's customized Welcome page, where they can search all your materials, see new pieces, download what they need, and more. If you have an Intranet, Extranet or Public Web site, you can add a link to your RevBase.com marketing libraries.

In terms of file types, you can put any type of file (.PDF, .DOC, .XLS, .PSD, WAV., etc.) into your library. You also can label your materials with up to 37 descriptive data fields such as title, contact, expiration date, etc.

How do I manage my library?

As you might expect, there is one Library Administrator, and you can have multiple library Content Managers. Content Managers have a full suite of Web-based, point-and-click tools available to enter materials into the library and to manage and organize materials in the library. Administrators can manage content, create user accounts, and customize the library.

Do I need any training?

Probably not. Everything you need to know is on-line, including step-by-step wizards to guide you through common activities such as adding marketing materials, grouping them, and entering descriptive data. See a demo.

No. You need only a supported Web browser. Visitors need Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator 4.0 or higher to access your library. Administrators and Content Managers need Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher to administer the library and add/edit content.

Of course, your visitors will need the appropriate software applications (typically, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.) to work with the materials you put in the library.
