What can I do with the library?

Most customers start by using RevBase to create a web-library of their brochures, marketing collateral, product images, graphics, technical documents, presentations, etc.

They link this library to their intranet, extranet, or public web site. Sales staff, partners, suppliers and prospects can use the library to download materials directly, or place orders for physical items such as printed brochures, sample units, CDs, displays, and promotional items.

What should I do first?

Start by uploading one or two of your PDF brochures, or a logo, or an image. Click on "New" to upload and catalog your materials. RevBase will automatically create a thumbnail.

To take a look at your library, click "Visit Library". The page under the blue banner with your company name is what visitors to your library will see.

My library needs to look like my web site. What can I do about this?

It's easy to upload your logo or banner to begin to brand your RevBase Marketing Materials Management library.

Click on "Configure", then click on the tab titled "Zones". You'll see the banner from the welcome page. Just click on it to replace it with your own banner. Uncheck the box labeled "Draw on banner image" to keep your company name from being drawn over your banner.

You can also change the text on the welcome page, the graphics used for buttons, the footer, and many other properties. There are also some templates for different arrangements of the page.

How can I show this to someone else?

Click on 'Configure', then the "Accounts" tab, and then "New". Fill out the form, and a message will be emailed to your new user with their account information, and a link to access the library.

For your library you can create up to five accounts, including your own.

What is your privacy policy?

We are committed to respecting the privacy of our customers and visitors to our Web site. We do not share, rent, sell, or trade personal information, including e-mail addresses. Click here for details.

What are the limitations on my library?

You can have up to five active users, and publish your materials in one 'zone' (a zone is a independent, partitioned view of your library).

You can have as many items in your library as you like during your trial period.
